The Passenger Service Agent provides assistance and related customer services at the counter, gate and baggage areas. Duties include servicing customers by performing meet and greet, check-in, aircraft boarding and deplaning, ticketing, baggage service, public announcements, providing connecting flight information and handling of unruly, upset, or angry passengers.
The Cargo Agent is concerned with making sure that the cargo is expedited properly by the respective airline; they make sure that they properly accept, document and manifest cargo for delivery to the loading platform in accordance with the Cargo bills of lading, shipping charges and tariffs.
Ramp Agent is a highly technical position which supervises and monitors all ramp movement at the aircraft site of its respective airline client. They facilitate for the preparation of loading instructions, load sheets, balance charts, Captain’s load information and manifests in accordance with local or international regulations or as reasonably required by the Carrier.
The Ground Equipment Operators are responsible for towing of aircraft and baggage cart; aircraft push backer and operating of ground equipments like lavatory pump GPU and air conditioning unit. They observe safe ground handling procedures including the performance of equipment checks.
