Training & Development

Training is one of the two core functions of the department. The aviation industry, being one of the most heavily regulated industries in terms of standards for safety and security, rely a lot on well-trained staff who are able to perform functions related to all operational departments that comprise the ground handling operations of PAGSS. The major components of our training programs consists of: basic training, recurrent courses, licensure, & developmental courses.
